Dengan manual tentu saja bisa, sahabat mengetikkannya pada cell yang dituju. Itu bisa kalau hanya 1 atau dua row saja. Bagaimana jika datanya sangat banyak, tentu akan menyita waktu jika dituliskan manual. Nah, disinilah formula excel berperan. Caranya sangat sederhana.
Misalkan ada data seperti tabel berikut:
Dari data di atas, sahabat semua ingin menggabungkan 'Nama Agents' dengan 'NIK' pada satu cell (kolom D2). Bagaimana caranya? Dengan manual tentu saja bisa, sahabat mengetikkannya pada cell yang dituju. Itu bisa kalau hanya 1 atau dua row saja. Bagaimana jika datanya sangat banyak, tentu akan menyita waktu jika dituliskan manual. Nah, disinilah formula excel berperan. Dengan formula sederhana, kita akan dibantu untuk menggabungkan dua data tersebut.
Formulanya adalah: =B2&C2
Hasilnya jadi seperti berikut ini:
Untuk row berikutnya, tinggal di-copast formulanya ke bawah.
Tapi dengan hasil tersebut di kolom D2, masih terlihat ada yang kurang. Nama dan NIK-nya langsung menempel. Sahabat bisa pisahkan dengan spasi melalui formula berikut:
==B2&" "&C2 (Perhatikan tanda " " di samping, ia diantarai oleh satu spasi)
Sehingga data sahabat akan terlihat seperti berikut:
Pada jarak spasi di tengah tersebut sahabat juga bisa insertkan kata-kata yang sahabat ingin tambahkan, misalnya menambahkan NIK. Sehingga hasilnya seperti gambar berikut:
